Privacy Policy

We collect the information you provide when creating an account, submitting an enquiry, or registering with a library — name, contact details, attendance and payment records. Precise device location is used only, with your permission, to sort library search results by distance; it is never stored against your account.

Anonymous complaints are stored without a link to your student identity in the normal complaint view. Payment and attendance records are kept for as long as your account is active, for auditing and dispute-resolution purposes.
